so i might be going there next year and i was wondering what kind of stuff to exspect skiing wise?what mnts. are near by do they have parks or are there good BC jumps? i have no idea thats why i am asking so thanks for your imput.

I had a pass at Bridger last season. It was decent, but the snow was lacking later in the season. Big Sky would be the ticket I think, but Bridger is more conveniant.

Aside from skiing, Bozeman has quite a bit to offer. If you're into climbing (ice or rock), there is tons up in Hyalite Canyon and Gallatin Canyon. There's also biking, hiking...it's just a good place to be. I dig it.

But like slick said...don't come here. It really does blow.

Alright, do not listen to bretn harlen, he live in helena and is 12. Bridger doesnt have any bc kickers. It has some foot jumps built by 12 year olds, that are used mainly for 360's. Bridger does have some nice cliffs and just all around skiing tho. But Big Sky's park is getting sicker every year, next year, its gunna be on the back side, and a shit load longer too.

well for skiing around bozeman...

bridger is a badass mountain there are great stashes allover the mountain ya just gotta know where to go. the ridge and the fingers are worth the hike, especially after a powder day, you can still get in some legend turns. But after awhile it does get a little old so check out big sky. if your up there stay away from the main lifts at the bottom, its nothing but a cluster fuck. The backside of andisite, challanger, shedhorn, and the tram are great places to ski. As far as the park goes, i've heard many opinions. this yeah it was kinda gay because they kept fuckin around with the rails and the hits. and the pipe isn't very well taken care of and what pissed me off the most was how close the tables were to each other. but i guess a shitty park is better than no park. but i'd rather ski the mountain...
