MSU Bozeman 2016

Is anybody going to MSU friday on March 23rd? Coming to visit for the whole weekend but I can't ski because of my knee. Itd be awesome to meet up with some people.

I'm looking for a roommate next year in Roskie if I decide to attend next year too.
 
have people applied for housing before getting in? i dont think ill hear back for another week or so, debating weither i should go ahead and do that to get a spot in roskie or north hedges
 
toured the campus and the dorms today. pretty much sealed the deal for me so next year i'll be coming to MSU. it would be sick to room with a fellow skier. i like listening/playing music, skating, skiing, climbing, i'm not a huge smoker but i'm totally cool with others doing it and i'll occasionally join in, and i don't drink. stoked for next year. hit me up!
 
99% sure I am going next year. Visiting over spring break, late march early april. Super stoked looks like there will be plenty of you there. Any recommendations on good places to eat in bozeman?
 
Hey, if you want to room I'd be game. I signed up for Roskie and I love to ski and climb. Never skate and rarely smoke, but i do drink.
 
Is anyone here considering double majoring? I want to do film because that's always been what I love to do but I want a business degree.. And you can't minor in film, so I'm sorta stuck
 
kind of, im in the same boat. ill be doing photgraphy and buisness finance. i was told photo and film are one in the same though?
 
I was going to be on the 5th floor till i switched my room to room with riley. No idea now, where did you find out?
 
ehh im not sure of the top of my head. I'd have to check. im heading over to roskie tomorrow so ill get a bearing
 
they are the same college and either one will get you a degree in film and photography with an emphasis in your respective major. you are required to take a few film classes freshman year as a photo major and vice versa but they are very different programs.
 
Haha I hung out with some kids there when I visited it, stoner paradise. A kid from my school goes there, you may know him, Braxton Tissot ring a bell?
 
I'm Roskie 514, are you Malcolm? i checked out the facebook page to see if i was close to anyone on there and saw that that was the closest person to me.
 
well i think there are 6 rooms per pod? so 500-506 507-513 514-520?? Sound about right? idk though.

but there is no room 500, it starts at one. at least in hedges it does. im in 1001 right now. there is no 1000
 
my point was if there is 7 rooms we're in a different pod.

then again maybe the RA is 501 which is the center room, or maybe he's 500.

again I have no idea till i got check or ask someone i know that lives over there
 
Good to hear so many NS'ers are going down there next year.

Still looking for a roommate. I'm transferring all the way from Europe just to ski pretty much and I really can't be fucked to be down there with some non-skiing transfer student.

So, who's still looking?

Also, does anyone know how much rent more-or-less would be (off-campus?). It'd be fucking awesome just to rent a house and go live there with like 10 guys that just want to shred.
