Going public is an incredibly complex initiative. It costs about $250,000 to do (legal fees).

We could incorporate and sell stocks privately, but as I said in the donators forum, a private company can only be owned by 50 people, so it wouldn't be a good idea.

The idea of going public is to raise a LOT of money. We aren't in a position to do that at all. The only way I'd take a company public was if it was worth several million dollars and we needed a ton of cash for some big development, such as creating a new line of helicoptors.
