MRM Opening

I'm heading out Thursday afternoon around 1ish. Weather is looking up and it should definitely be a good time. Midnight madness starts this wknd as well....stoked!!!
 
I might roll up for midnight madness on saturday. chances are a lot higher that im out there sunday afternoon instead.
 
Snowmaking last night brought back primo conditions.

Al is getting some new stuff put in as well, he has big plans for the weekend. Two new smaller jumps are ready for today in addition to the Jumpline as well.

Terman burn a vacation day tomorrow and come up tonight, you know you won't make it back this weekend that easily.

repushed the second jump on sugarbush today, it's ready to go. also added some new features as well. so come out this weekend and check it out. heres the list thats in right now:

Rumor has it that tomorrow is about to be crazy fun at MRM. Several riders are coming from out of town and there is a fashion show from 9 pm to 1 am.
The Presidential Suites are definitely going to be going off.
The park is definitely the best in the midwest and with more snow blowing and the louie vito rail jam on the horizon I'd expect it only to get better.
Mount up and roll to MRM!
p.s. - the Louie Vito jam is open to skiers as well. I have a very good feeling certain people will be making appearances.
 
So i figured this would be the best place to throw this, but did anyone see last night the kid in the nub in the wife beater bout to hit the bigger middle jump and literally just face plant right into the side of it?! I literally lost it and was wondering if anyone else shared my joy

what's the chances of pulling the down flat bar in capital about a foot out of the ground?
 
Anyone planin on goin tomorrow? I'm pretty sure my brother and I should be there around 1ish. It'll be my first time there this year so hopefully the parks in good shape!
 
today I pulled the bottom 6 rails on the left: the down bar, down pipe, down box, flat wide bar, baby single barrel, and the dragon pipe to push snow and prep for the Louie Vito rail jam this weekend. I did add an upbar after the 3rd jump on sugarbush though. New stuff going in all week, both for the Louie Vito and Capital PARK set-ups.
 
first time out this year was a success. capital park definitely lived up to all the hype. the 2nd jump gives you some great pop and more than enough time to throw down. i should be headin out again on thursday.
 
if you just wanna see an edit of the park heres one, all snowboarders tho:( im going to film on the 26th and put together an edit, but for now..........

added a few more features to the upper park today. a flatbar, a battleship box, and a wide box. i also added a pole jam to butterbox on the lower as well.
