Mr Pollards Opus - Mount Location

I've got some 2015 LINE MPO 192cm mounted on Eric's Choice (2cm behind center). Has anyone mounted further back? What did you think?

I'm 6'2", 200lbs and don't have nearly enough ski in front of me. Type 3 skier, a lot more freeride than freestyle. Probably picked the wrong ski for me when I bought it and probably going to sell it and get something more my style, but maybe mount location would help me like it more???

I appreciate your thoughts and opinions.

Thanks!

I don't see any reason you couldn't go back a couple cm, even more.. If you're not riding switch or spinning in the air, there isn't much to lose by going back a bit, will probably just make the ski feel more stable.

This is kind of what I was thinking ... 4 cm further back (6cm behind center) LINE has a recommended line, but everyone I talked to said definitely mount on Eric's Choice.

Just curious if anyone has mounted further back from Eric's Choice and what they thought before I go drilling more holes.

I have a pair also mounted at -2. When I get them remounted for new boots I'm definitely going to -6 or maybe -4 right between the lines. I think it will help their performance in the super deep.
