K, so I see Turbo, and the opening is a song by Egadz. He does it on a machine called a MPC, or in the remake version, an MPD.

Here's some of the machines at their best, amazing beats I must say myself!

and another...

I'm looking at getting an MPD 32, as it has looping built in and is $300 instead of the $1000 a MPC is.

Why the leap in price?

Cause an MPD has to have a computer to work with it, while an MPC can do everything on it's own!

Any suggestions on whether the MPD 32 is the right choice or not would be great, or just comments about the S I C K B E A T S !

Thanks NS!

(I did search btw and found nothing with these videos, thought i might share em!)

that is an interesting contraption. does each button have a looped sound or whats going on inside the little doo gad.

dang looks sick, i wonder if the sounds are prerecorded or if you have to upload/record your own. Will def look into how it works

i'll sell you my mpc1000 with fully upgraded ram and JJOS 4.11 and a harddrive adapter if the price is right.

for a mpc you upload a song you want and you can cut up each part you want onto it.

for a mpd you hook it up to a computer and cut up songs on the computer and load them onto the mpd, it's pretty sweet and as you see you can make some sick beats with it!

More then likely it has to do with memory/effects/sample time. My bros got a 2000xl and a s950. The s950 has ill ass punching drums but has like 6 seconds of sampling while the 2000xl has mad sampling. Also u might need the oldschool ass wide mac floppys for saving sequences.

I've got the 2500...Here's a vid of me making a beat with it
