any of you own one? they're sick especially the Pontis SP600 which i got ;) apple ipod would have been sick but i didn't have enough $cashmoney$ :|

I got the rca lyra. has 128 mn but now i got 256mb and it has a radio. Also had a backlit display screen that shows the title and stuff. Its really damn small too.

get the rca lyra like the guy said. it's one of the smallest expandable mp3 players around.

it's pretty cheap too for the 128meg version...like $199cdn

ive got a Nike one. i like them, but minidisc players are better because you can put a ton of music onto one disc and the discs are cheap

Ipod is the best out there, the new redesigned ones are even nicer now! 40 gb is coming out soon though, but who has that many songs?

i like mini discs better. i can keep my music organized, and i can fit between 70-80 songs on a disc.

i have an mp3 player and a minidisc player i like my mp3 player way more. I dont care about being able to record multiple discs and shit. It's all about solid state.

ive got a rio mp3 player, but it doesnt work, and i have a sony mini disc player, that works pretty well

i'm considering the ipod 10 gb, or the nomad jukebox zen 20gb i'm still deciding...

I've got a Creative Nomad JB3 20Gb. Really good, but a little big (CD player size), and the computer interface is horrible. I wish I'd spent a bit more and got an iPod now, but it's still great.

 
I got an evolution (MTV brabded one) with 128 on board and expansion slot for extra cards...pretty small, nice display, and great little remote. Brandnew off eBay for $100CDN

i didn't want to buy a MD-player because of it's mechaninal parts which damage easily. yeah, mp3 is the way to go!

i just orederd the 15 gb iPod for my birthday, and all of the features on it are incredible...its got game, a calender, and alarm clock and i heard a rumor at apple that next year sometime the 'new' iPods are going to have LCD movie playback capabilities...watching a movie on your fucking iPod would be the sickest shit ever

i have the 64 mb rca k@zoo for 80 dollars U.S., it holds a little over an hours worth of music, uses two triple A's, and sucks up batteries pretty quickly. an excellent buy.

i used to have the RIO *something*, which costed 100 bucks. it took one double A batterie, played the music nice and loudly, showed the name of the song and band, and didnt run out of juice fast at all. then one day it just stopped working. probably because i put the song 'the stroak' on there.

 
refurbished ipods now at the mac store. cheap. well, sorta cheap. got my 10 gig for $220.

i had two original 32 mb rio players from back in the day and broke both of them. owned a few more rios before owning an ipod. i wish i would have just gotten the damn ipod in the first place.
