k so i have 60 bucks to amazon.com, and i want a small flash storage mp3 player for skiing, something small and durable, or at least cheap so i wont feel bad if i fall and break it. preferably something with a screen, but i might just get a 1 gig shuffle

help?

i just kind of want a screen you know? otherwise id totally be like mike hornbeck and clip it to my goggle strap

ha ya i thought i'd be bugged without a screen but i got one for running/skiing and i really like having it... just saying... and i think you can get them for 50 or 55?

i gots a zune80, but i still use my 2nd gen shuffle for my best music. its so handy, get a shuffle!

get a shuffle. super durable, better battery life without the screen, and believe me once you start using it you won't miss having a screen at all shuffles are so dope.

mine cost 20 canadian bucks at best buy! its 1 gig and you can even clip it haha tell me if ur interested ill go chek the brand and send u picts!

get a 1GB shuffle. I just got one yesterday and it's great. SUPER small, durable, and can hold around 250 songs (which is more than enough for a day of skiing). It was like 55$ canadian, and the shuffle option is really good just for switching things up.

check that out, its what i use for skiing and longboarding. its convenient because it has the usb built right in, so no extra cables, and its microsd expandable. also a sweet extra function is the ability to listen to fm radio, and record it to the memory

I had the same problem, i felt like i wanted a screen. Then i realized that i never pulled my ipod out and just listen to playlists, so i got an shuffle. BEST SKIING MP3 PLAYER EVER.

Fuck Ipod's.

Just got a Transcend T.Sonic 850. 8GB of space; it got an lcd screen, storage for videos, photos, mp3/WMA, text files, recordable fm radio and even a digital voice recorder. Works like a charm and easy to use (my mom could use it). And it retails for 88$ can at Son X Plus!!

i haven't ever been the biggest apple fan but they honestly have the best customer service of any company so far; even if it's clearly your fault that you broke or destroyed the product, they're pretty good about just giving you another one without any problems.

get a shuffle.

give it to a getto kid who knows how to steal and shit and he'll definetly hook it up. kids at my school sell ipods for 20 bucks.

i took my gfs shuffel to ski with one day, best mp3 for riding ever, so light and easy to use, just throw it in your pocket on shuffle lock it and go. I busted up my 2nd gen nano skiing so id say deffanatly a 1gig would be the way to go

lol i have a zune 80, and an 8 gig ipod touch.

i like electronics you could say, i just dont want to break a 250+ piece of equipment by falling or something stupid.

does the shuffle last long enough for a day of skiing? im thinking yes

ya i broke 2 ipods skiing last year. a 30 gig video and an old 2nd gen 20 gig. i deff want a shuffle for this year.
