on the real though, hiking, swimming, biking, whatever. washington is a awesome place that you can always find something to do. fort lewis is pretty close to the sound, so get a kayack or something and paddle around, go fishing, hike on different islands down there. im sure you will be fine

just explore the landscape in any way possible. Boat, hike, mt bike, climb, swim, pretty much anything. There are big ass mountains, large bodies of water, and large urban centers like seattle. It has pretty much some of everything you could want to do so just start exploring in any way that interests you.
