Moving to Queenstown in May

Hey Guys, I am going to be moving to Queenstown for a year from Colorado in May.

I was wondering if anyone could direct me towards good locations to start looking for living. There will be 5 of us so a 4+ bedroom for around $950NZD/week would be prime. Is that price reasonable for a decent place close to the lake?
 
Its gonna be a mission to secure anywhere before you arrive. Most rooms are around $200 per person, per week. Housing here is super tight but check out "for rent in queenstown" on facebook.
