Moving to Breckenridge

I want to move to Breckenridge for the up coming winter. Need a little guidance. I am 31, and want to find a job serving at an upscale restaurant. As I am highly experienced server.

What's the best way to go about this?

Do I start looking for jobs now?

Or should I wait to get there?

I would prefer a month to month lease, as I don't know what I will want to do after the winter is over.

What is the best way to about all of this. Feeling kinda overwhelmed.
 
Start looking for jobs ASAP as there are many others that are trying to do the same. As for finding a place to live it is quite hard to find a place that is month to month other than crashing on someones floor. Best to just go with a 6-month.
 
Whatever you do, do it soon if you haven't already moved. I live in breck and the winter season is coming. Meaning people are making moves on jobs and housing.
