it takes mad computer skills. You have to go to college for like 6 years just to make ones with 2 frames.

go to yahoo or google type in: babarosa gif animator (thats what i use, its a demo, but it does the job and is a fast download)

then go into paint or anything like that and make 50 x 50 frames of what you want... just screw around and you'll figure it out, im too lazy to finish the rest
