Movi'n to Tahoe

Done with schoole and done with work for the season. Couldn't think of anything better I'd want to do with my life than ski every day! I think I'll be getti'n hooked up with a job at Alpine so pretty stoaked on that. Looking forward to a good time and meeting some cool people.

The queation isn't 'can you ski it and live', but 'can you live withought skiing it'

Hey.... Plannin on moving to tahoe on the 17th with 3 buddies .... just wondering where everybody skis and also I was kinda wondering if anyone knew how the bus system was there ? Also what availabiltiy on jobs are out there?
 
^^^who r u kidding. the bus system in tahoe sucks. i u dont have a ride u better get used to thumbin it cause TART runs every hour if its a good day but thats usu. limited round alpine and squaw (good places to ski)and i costs like $1.50, and u rarely see the resort shuttles. if u have to thumb it dont worry, every local skiier like urself will pick u up. its chill. see ya round
 
No transit system at all the tart carts blow and are super unreliable...just keep some sticky in yopur pocket and thumb it...my first 2 years in tahoe I had no ride and no problem..
