alrighty we all know everyone has a few of those movies, the movies that make you hide under your pillow and blanket. lets hear em.

for me itsd hands down SIGNS. that movie scared theshit out of me. saw it for the first time 4 years ago, still to this day afraid to go in my basement during the night.

bill n teds bogus journey. not only was it the best movie of all time, but the grim reaper was a fuckn hoot. oh, and teds drill sergeant was scary as fuck. so was teds grandmother.

fuck. best movies of all time.

to the thread creator,

yea i was like that too after i watched little monsters. when i turned off the lights and it was dark behind me i would quickly run upstairs, but that was because i was afraid that howie mandel would get me.

i doubt any of you can relate... but those fucking monkey flying troll sasquatch whateverthefuckthings in march of the wooden soldiers

and the flying monkeys in wizard of ozz scared the shit out of me

signs all the way, saw it when i was a younging.
and after that my dad and brother decided it'd be hilarious to put their hands under the door and a knife to scare the shit outta me

i think it is safe to sya that signs is in the top 3 movies that will make you shit your pants. its jsut so fucking scarry, and you cant help but to not creep around a corner, or have water ready around the house at night. saw the movie a long ass time ago, and im 17 now. still freak out about my room right noext to the roof, so someoine could get up onto the 10 foot high roof, and walk right infront of my window. i fucking hate the movie signs, hate it so much

so im NOT the only one who signs scared the living bejeezus out of. that movie even scared my dog it was so scary lol.

first time i saw the alien at the mexican kids b-day party i almost pissed my pants. it didnt scar me though. i love that movie.

i never thought signs was that scary. it's the fucking ghost movies that scare the shit out of me, such as the sixth sense. fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk that.

anything that is based on a true story...amityville, the exorcism of emily rose, texas chainsaw massacre, psycho, the hills have eyes
that freaks me out because well it actually happened but the movie that i saw most recently that scared the living poo outta me was quarantine. it was disgusting and welp i watched the entire last half of the movie behind a pillow.

sorry for dub post but even though that's based on truth i find that movie hilarious for some reason...when she pees in the middle of the floor ahahahah and she's taken by some horny as fuck devil and she's screaming FUCK ME.
but when she crawls down the steps backwards ahhhh creepy.

HAHAHAHAH when I was 4 I watched scooby doo in zombie island or something like that and I had to look out my door constantly at night to make sure there was no zombies hahaa

The exorcist is hands down the scariest movie ever. I saw it on Halloween of freshman year, and I didn't sleep for 3 days. All the remakes suck too, nothing will be as scary as the original.

Also does anybody remember that MTV show "Fear," where they would put these weird camera belt contraptions on unsuspecting bros and bids and put them into abandoned hospitals and haunted houses and stuff? I saw it in fourth grade and there are definitely still some urine stains on my carpet.

Pocahontas, I was about 4 or 5, it was my first time going to a movie theater I think and all I remember is loud noises and bright lights combined with the feeling of total dread as I let out blood curdling screams. I fled the theater in terror, it is a terrible memory that I will never forget.

Signs isn't too scary, there are definitely scarier movies out there
I saw jaws when I was like 8 and I will never watch that movie again in my life

jurassic park 1. scared this shit out of me when i saw it (i was about 5 or 6) and i was afraid to go to bed at night because i thought t-rex was gonna be at my window...fuck

the first saw scared the shit outta me. Have not watched any horror movies since then and that was probably 5 or 6 years ago

OP! You have no idea how great it is to hear someone else was scared shitless after watching Signs. Seriously, I had so many nightmares of aliens walking in to my room sticking some weird probe thing up my nose.

movies dont really scare me in general but i would def have to say that the shining made me slightly uncomfortable and unsettled amazing movie

agreed on signs. when i saw that one run across the screen i shit bricks all over the theater. and another one thats not that scary but its creepy as fuck is The Shining. fuckin trippy movie.

When i was younger i saw Mars Attacks, which obviously isn't a scary movie. But i ended up recieving one of the alien action figures as a gift, and whenever you would press it's stomach it would make the sound the aliens make, kinda like "AAAACK AAACCK!!!", but the figure started to malfunction and would sometimes on occassion make that noise, so i hid that shit under my bed and had nightmares for years about being killed by it. Then i grew up.

signs?

red dragon?

I thought those were pretty tame. The first time I saw "the Thing" I thought it was scary/kinda funy.

i just wached the shining wasnt the most scary but ive been thinking about it for the past few hours it was a pretty epic and fucked up movie

Silent Hill was a good movie. i'm not really scared by movies, but this movie was the craziest movie and it actually had a good plot, unlike just gory movies like Saw.
watch that shit.

not a movie, but when I was really little all the goosebumps book covers scared the fuck out of me. and yeah those alien things in signs are fucked up especially when he's trying to look at it under the door through the knife

I remember seeing The 6th Sense with my friend when we were about 11, and he lives basically in the middle of a graveyard, and it was midnight on Friday the 13th. It scared the hell out of me, and then we had to sleep in his creepy ass cottage and I stayed up all night cause I was so scared.

The Blair Witch Project is just a truly frightening movie. i'm stlll amazed at how realistic it was. to this day there has not been a movie like that.

the hills have eyes didn't make me lose any sleep but i watched it in disbelief....that whole 15 minutes of the burning dad/dude shoots himself/rape scene was pretty ridiculous and intense.

I hate any movie that can be true or was based on a true story because I can just tell myself that any paranormal shit was made up in the persons head or has a real explanation for the ghosty movies. I love/hate Strangers because it could happen to anyone anywhere. Haven't seen signs yet, don't know if I'm up for it.

dude, i snuck into thick ma'fucker after watched the hangover n passed the fuck out cos i was slamhammered. then apparently i left in a bigtime fuckin scuffle, made it to my car, yelled a bunch n sat down on the ground. and almost got arrested if it werent for the kindness of my ladyfriends, and woke up in my girlfriends bed.

almost fuckn blew it, glad i got home innocent and safe! never really saw the movie though, old crow will hit ya hard.
