A friend of mine recently passed away from a rare type of cancer. I have joined a campaign called movember where you grow a moustache to raise awareness and money for prostate cancer. If every one on NS.com donated just $1 we could raise over $60,000. We are a pretty tight and powerful community. Please be thoughtful, selfless, generous, and help this good cause. Really great way to raise awareness for prostate cancer, marg. I really like this idea. I will be very, very sure to spread the word amongst people I know.
 
A lot of people around here are doing the whole movember thing. I would be, but I'm trying to get a job.
 
I am on a team as well. Have donated $25 but raised nothing (except awareness). The only bad part is that I can not grow the stasche at all! Like you can't see anything. I am 21 haha.

but yeah, please donate to this cause! Plus it's not too late to join a team and start growing.

i feel like somehow every year there is a donation thing going on for a disease and associated with no shave november
 
and this was in no way supposed to be negative before i get hated on.

you could use the stache to your advantage in the job hunt. tell your interviewer about your team and how much money youve raised with your mustache and they'll totally remember you.
 
come on everyone $1. If we had a dollar for every view we'd have about $500. Come on everypenny adds up. please help out
