Mounting Volkl Dogens

Buying some dogens this week and was wondering should i get them mounted recommended or +1, +2, i ski about 50% park 50% all mountain. Cheers

 
Iv been talking to other peeps on other treads about these skis but what is the overall impression on them? Are they a sick, durable ski? And how flexy are they, everyone one is talking about it and iv herd 10 people say their soft and another 10 say their mid.?
