Mounting time?

if i dropped off my boots and skis etc at around 4 45 and the shop closes at 6 00 do you think the shop mounted the skis yet? I forgot to tell them to mount center and i didn't realize i forgot to tell them center until 6 30 so i couldn't get a hold of the shop. Do you think if i call like an hour before the store opens (10 am) like 8 45 i will be able to tell them center before they mount?
 
Depends how busy the shop is man..

Did you discuss where to mount them at all??

A good shop would call you and clarify where you wanted the mount to be done..Either that or they would assume recommended.

 
What kind of skis were they? If they have more than one mounting line and you didn't specify, a good shop would indeed call you and ask. If you have one line and its not center, chances are they would mount it there if they had time. A lot of shops will refuse to mount your skis anywhere but the recommended place. It voids a lot of warranties and carries some liability issues in some cases.
 
yeah well i doubt they would mount them on the spot for you..they surely gave you an indication as to when they would be ready didn't they?

i.e 'you can pick them up tomorrow', or 'give us a few days' or 'next week'??
 
Well i dunno what time it is thereas i'm on the other side of the world..

I'm assuming it's after trading hours - so call them first thing tomorrow.
