Mounting ski bindings for friends

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a good liability waiver to have my buddies sign for mounting their skis. I used to mount skis in a ski shop and I use jigs that I've bought through the years so I know what I'm doing. I just have done some googling and couldn't find any good forms. Any help is very appreciated and I'll throw you so +k. Thanks guys.

PS

If you are in hood and you need a quick mount I live up there so shoot me a message and I'll hook it up.

If you're concerned about your "friends" suing you because you mounted their skis, you should probably reconsider mounting their skis out of the kindness of your heart. I've mounted bindings for friends before, but I'm not touching anybody's gear who's not willing to hang out and have a beer with me while we mount their stuff together.

The way you're talking would just lead me to get them done at a shop for some beers and or a few bucks.

Just make your own forums. Here, I got you OP. Just print this out start doing some work.

I __________ hereby sign away my life in case of accident cause by OP's sketching duct tape binding mounting methods. I waive the right to sue OP, my family to sue OP, to come back as a ghost and haunt OP at night, and to keep my organs from being harvested if I suffer more than a concussion. In the event of a severe crash OP has the right to my skis and outerwear as well as anything in my pockets. Should I wake up with nothing but a headache and a missing spleen, kidney, it testicle I have no right to sue, threaten, or look at OP with ill will.

Seriously? If you're worried about liability, just don't do it. Why go through all this trouble to help your "friends" when they can go to a shop that has liability insurance. Take everyone's advice here and don't do it.

Ya I hear you on that, I guess I didn't fully explain the situation correctly. I was thinking of doing a mount for a friend of a friend. Thanks for the reality check though. I'll probably just keep it tight from now on.

Still think this is a bad idea. You are taking on too much liability by having from's.

Thanks man, I think I'm gonna go with the general consensus here haha.
