Used searchbar and found lots of stuff on Scott Skis...but nothing on mounting. Any suggestions? Not going to use them for park at all really, because Ive got a pair of dedicated park skis Ill be using, just going to be using them to rip all mountain. Thanks for any input!

what do you mean? to mount bindings you need a jig, a drill and the traditional or center mark... you can free drill them but I wouldn't really recommend that.

I understand you need the jig, just wondering about center mounting and what not...I heard that the factory mounting line on them is a bit squirrely...

only one way to find out....but looking at the skis dimensions it looks pretty standard to me. wood, two sheets of tit anal (I love it that they call it that)...which length you have

hey asshole, doesn't sound like that to me...and I put my bindings on my skis myself so GFY! why don't you try being productive rather than a prick

ive got the 181's and i mounted em about about 2/3 closer to true center than suggested, if that makes any sense. they feel great for jumping and just playing around, but i think im gonna move them back a little bit closer to suggested now that were getting some snow. my advice, if you've already got a dedicated park ski mount em pretty close to suggested or even back a little if your only using them in the deep stuff. if you want more of a do everything ski, mount em just ahead of suggested (maybe a centimeter or two)

no he was right, so what if you can mount your own bindings, you still cant answer a simple question

i mounted mine 2 cm's foreward of recommended, I love them for everything, but in retrospect, mounting them right on the line would be just fine. The recommended point is about 6 cms back from true center, but if you are going to do things in reference to true center, get out the measuring tape and do things that way. don't mount them any farther foreward than 2cms though, especially if they aren't your park ski, all though the p4's are becoming my favorite jump skis.

Can't help with the mounting question, put please post a review once they're set up. They look like great skis.

I have 191's mounted 4cm forward of recommended. Its a good balance for jumping and pow IMO.

^I think swing weight on these skis is an issue no matter where you mount them. I haven't had problems with switch skiing though.
