Mounting on elizabeths

I'm not sure if i want to centermount my bindings on the lizzies or 2cm back. Do they still perform well in powder if they're center mounted? cause i'll be skiing park a lot too

put them on the line, here's some questions to answer your questions,

are you better then pollard?

is this pollards pro model park ski?

would pollard put a recommended mounting point on his ski he didn't recommend?

do you or anyone know more about the ski then pollard?

mount it on the line...

2 centimeters isn't gonna change the spin weight of the ski but it could chang the way the ski behaves on the snow go with the line.

i hate reccomend spots its for the average skier not for say a jibber maybe line is different

i think on this ski it is intended for jibbing not like the chronics whose recommended is like 6 back

Mount it at recomended or the ski won't feel right. My friend did this last year and don't make any dumb mistakes like he did. RECOMENDED!

line is pretty bang on with there mounting points, especially ep's pro models. its not like they have some ass clown racer tech deciding where the mounting points is its E.P. 2 cm's won't make much difference for rails seriously, but makes a big dif in pow

Here's the lowdown...i had them 2 years ago and i have a new pair now.
every pair of skis i have is at center, even my volkl chopsticks BUT the lizzies dont need it. they rule at recommended. they feel center where the recc is even though they are a couple back. it's strange but trust me, it's true

For all of those that say mount it at the recommended spot are artards. I mounted my ar6s center (so does everybody else, which isn't recommended, but they ski sick there. I'm sure the Elizabeths would ski great center, but if you wan an advantage in the pow go 2 cm back.

Never did say they skied great in pow. The farther you mount your ski up the harder it is in pow (relatively speaking). I said that I didn't mount them in the recommended point. And after this I mounted them there they skied fine, ofcourse pow was harder because they were mounted center on park skis, but they skied all mountain great and had no probems with carving. Thanks for bringing up the photo of me though.

hahaha so awesome.

like i said above...all my sticks are center ( i have 8 pair) but dont bother with the lizzies they kick ass at reccomended...i had this same questions with mine and the shop told me to take their demo pair out with is a recc. i did and that's that. they rule.

In case you've never ridden these if you don't do recomended it will be harder to lay down turns. The recomended is spot on with this ski. Any more forwards and its gonna be a super washy tip and any more back and good luck landing jumps.

Just mount it at recomended

Hey man I mounted my Elizabeths at recommended and they rock there. If you're looking for something fun to go all around the mountain and in the park too, mount recommended. If you just want to do rails, then center it, but its not necessarily a rail ski so I wouldn't recommend that.

At the recommended mounting they ski super well switch, they're very playful and forgiving and Pollard himself designed the ski and he recommends the mounting point. So its definitely legit!
