Mounting Nightmare

Horrible dream last night. Got my hands on some older on3p kartels and was absolutely stoked to ride them in the park. Took them to the shop to get them mounted and didn't check the mount before taking em to the mountain. Get to the mountain and they are mounted at like -15, like way way back. Tried to urban on and ate mega shit. So so sad. At least got my obligatory weekly ski dream that's gonna happen from now until I get to ski again next season.

Weird! Sounds like we had really similar dreams.

My dream started with me in a little tiny fun house, ya know like the ones at carnivals, but this time it was like extra tiny. I would be crawling through the rooms and would have to pass tests and puzzles in order to move on to the next room. Then in the final room once I passed all of the others, there was this little Mexican lady waiting for me. She had a cage behind her that I had a hard time seeing. She congratulated me on making it this far and then moved to the side to reveal the cage was filled with tiny blue puppies. She allowed me to pick one blue puppy from the cage as a “prize” for making it through the tiny fun house. I named the dog Peter and we left the fun house and lived a happy life together... at least I think we did because then I woke up.

So ya crazy! Can’t believe we had pretty much the same dream.

Dam sucks mate. If i ever bring my skis to get mounted I would take a soft tape measure and some painters or masking tape and draw the line for dead center. Especially after all of these horror stories

I had a ski related dream last night where I had a magical pair of skis that meant I didn't feel any impact on landing jumps, so I did a load of side hits in the valley run coming down from a resort in Switzerland I went to a while back, then went and jumped off the white cliffs of Dover on them. Actually not my strangest ski related dream I've ever had by a long shot.

it was a dream

Oh lol. That is what I get for only focusing on how far back. I bet I dream about this now...

Someone DID mount a Billy Goat -9cm from recommended once, which at the time was -9cm, so they ended up at -18cm from center. They skied them too...

Am I the only one who gets dreams about straight airing for so long that i can do every grab known to man?

Yes. Reality hits real hard after those.
