for you guys that have them, where did you mount them at and how much do you ski out of the park with them?

i got mine and im moutnig up some mojo 11's on them and they are going to be my non park ski (i got mad_trix for the park)

Im wodnering because the freeride line still seems really close to center and i wont be riding park with them.

Thanks

I put them between center and freeride and that worked relly well for non park skiing. I would suggest this if you have any plans for skiing switch and if you don't then why did you buy a twin tip ski?

I mounted mine at freeride and I would honestly recommend mounting them a few cms back from that. Those skis dive like it's going out of style if you try to get front seat or agressive on them. I really didn't like the MSPs but I skied them for a year and tons of people love them, I'm just not one of them. I'm more about charging than "landing switch with sick reverse tail grabs" so anything that is nearly centered is an absolute bore to ski.

thats what i want to hear...i have park ski already...i think i will go back a few cm then

Yeah some guy told me to do that before I mounted mine and I didn't take his advice, I blew it off. I wish I would have listened to him in this first place, it would have saved me some empty holes. I just decided to keep them where they are at and ski park in them and bought a charging ski.

these are my charging/days when im lucky enough to find powder to ski, ski

i needed new sticks and the MSP's came up uber cheap on here...i scored em and i ride powder for one week a year if im lucky :)

so these are my new sticks for riding

i ride ontario all winter and wistler one week per years an i have mine at freeride and when i ski power i feel that i lean back alot so i would mount them back prolly 2and half cm back or an inch (same lenght)

exactly my situation...ontario and out west once a year.

i was thinking 2cm back

i have mine at freeride and there great 90% of the time but i skied vail a couple weekends ago and they got dumped on and skiing 6+ inches of untracked pow you have to lean back most of the time and becomes a pain. Depends on how much park/powder u want to do. im happy with freeride....

i have both skis lined on my my floor right now...looks like -3 on MSP's at Freeride is just about the same as +3 on Mad Trix....now im thinking -6 cause my MT's tip dive in deep stuff and i find i have to lead back to much

thats a good choice I would say 2-3 back from freeride, hope you like em. Anything close to center mount really sucks to charge on, unless of course you ski backseat (which is why everyone recommends true center bs) then you have lots of tails to make up for your style, skiing front seat gives you way more control big mountain in my opinion.
