Mounting LINE Motherships!?!

yeah i dont want to buy the line binding so i was gonna mount normal salomon bindings, i was thinking about mounting them more center like 2 cms forward, would that be bad or good, cause i like the way my old skogens were mounted. thanks

well, if you goin to use the motherships for all mountain/pow stuff, mount them where they are suppose to mounted, not center.

yeh i just bought motherships also. the mounting line is pretty far back, but the skis don't weigh very much, and i already have park skis so i mounted them where they were supposed to be mounted and i was surprised at how balanced they feel with the bindings on them. so i'd recommend that. also you can't mount your bindings too far forward or you'll run into the quickmount holes.

beacause they are a powder ski you have to mount them all the way back !! I have a pair of mo-ships and my bindings are mounted all the way back so that when i clip my boot in, my heel is like half and inch away from the tail!!
