Mounting FKS heals

Has anyone done this? I was mounting a older pair of FKS on some old skis tonight and it did not end well. . . Does anyone have any tips or tricks on mounting the healpeices? Please help me.
 
Thanks buddy. But my GRE verbal already told me I can't speak english. Ive just been frustrated all night with some old FKS binders (geze toepiece[probably mispelled that too]). My problem is when drilling them in there is distance between the binder and the ski. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for getting the brakes (google taught me this one today) out of the way.

I am also having a bitch of a time getting the spring back in.
