If your looking to spend a fair amount of time skiing the SV switch go around +5 from midsole, if you want them to be for more everyday skiing then go around +3 from midsole.
The information regarding the graph being off isn't very important. The graph on the sides of the skis if off by 2cm towards to tail, so midsole is actually +2. But the mounting points everyone has been using and suggesting are still good. While +5 may really only be +3 when actually measured on the ski, it is the mounting point on the ski where people find they ski the best (whatever that maybe, +3 to + whatever). So basically to sum that all up.....
forget about the graph being off. That doesn't help you at all.
If you are mounting for everyday skiing (on a 179...which Im just assuming here) go around +3 on the graph. If you want better switch performance go at +5 on the graph.
