i just got 175 arv's and im gonna use them for like 90% park, and 10% for like bc jumps and stuff, i think im gonna mount them at true center, but is there any reason i shouldnt?

yer im just about to buy my 04/05 arv's but not sure were to mount them i think ill go true center, should i? [sorry about the thread hijack]

no, you shouldn't. They are horrible turning with center mounted. Mount them a couple back of center and you will be much happier. They are still fine switch

what is it like at true? is it just like any other ski or does it actually mess up the sidecut alot more than other skis?

so would it really fuck it up or not? cause i really dont care at all about carving good on groomers or not, as long as it will do well in the park.

this is just like the fujis, your not supposed to mount them center, its wierd

does -2 really make any difference when your skiing switch

yeah dude... -2 to -3 won't affect this skis park-ablity. Mine are further back than that and are soooo stable switch. I can rock 'em at full speed, they still are amazing in pow, and carve very well.

mine are +2.5 from recommended... anyone know how far that is back from center? I think center may be about +6.

Yea, will really like to know how far tru center is from the recommended point and need to know asap since I need to mount them soon.

Mount them +1. If you don't take my advice, you will have something to regret, whether you know it or not.

I have JP's for pow and etc, Imma use the arv's for all mountain and park mainly. I think imma mount it -2 or -3 from dead center.

ha i mounted them true center, and yeah it is a little wierd skiing them at first, but i got used to if after awhile and they are sooo fun.
