Mounting ARV 07/08

need more details like where you ski more often and you will get more responses

like are you going to be skiing park 70% of the time and powder 30% and stuff like that
 
ill be skiing 35% park, 35% powder, 15% trees and 15% big mountain

im 6'3, 160 lbs, size 28.5 boot.

whats the center? the recommended line or the exact middle of the ski
 
I just got mine mounted today. I'm riding about 50% park, 50% everything else. I'm 6'2", 170lbs, 28boot, 185 ARV. Dead Center is 7cm ahead of recommended. I decided on 3.5cm ahead of recommended so I could ski switch well and still have enough tip to float in the pow.
 
so i went skiing with my old pair of skis for a few days and i spent 80% of my day in the park. i got my arvs mounted at -2cm from dead center. will this still be good for powder?
 
-2 is fine, I was mounted -2 on 07 ARV's and they rode great in pow. My budies all ride true center (on seths and maidens) and they kill pow and big lines. Its all about what your riding style is, and what your used to.
 
I just got my ARV's mounted with FKS 185's -3 from true center and I love them. They are my all mountain/park skis and they kick ass. Let me know if you have any questions.
