mounting a rail

do you drill a hole through and through both sides so you can put a screw in or do you just do 1 side, and then how do you attach?

im wondering the same thing i think u just put a hole throught the top then pu the screw in so its not sticking out i think

for mine i put the pvc on top of the wood, flipped it over and put the screws through the wood and into the bottom of the pipe, i added some small support strips of scrap wood and it is fine, so stable

yeah i got some heavy duty ass bolts, sunk some holes in the wood then drilled the bolts through the wood into the pipe, then just put the uhh screwy things on the other side
