Mounting 06/07 PEs

I tried using the search bar but couldnt find anything specific to the 06/07 PEs. I will probably be skiing 50/50 park and all mtn. and I was wondering where to mount. I dropped them off at the shop tonight and said +3 but i searched some of the old threads and it seems like everyone was saying at least +5. Should I call and tell them something else? Im in colorado btw.
 
+5-+7 is where mine were, and that is still a good 5cm back from true centre. If they are 169 or longer, i'd go closer to the middle.
