Mountains near McGill

My friend's at McGill, he's a good skier and he's wondering if there are any mountains close that aren't as touristy as tremblant, still with decent skiing.

Yeah my friend isn't much of a park skier. He's more of a cruiser and he dabbles in back country/ glades.

I don't know how far it is from McGill but Bromont is a nice mountain and the 2 times I went there it was not too crowded.
