A thread to share stories / photos / videos of the legends who ride or rode your home mountain. I'm really hoping someone has pictures of this Big Air Dave I keep hearing about.
 
Lot of stupid good skiers get up to the bird, this spring it was mainly durtschi and Mitchell Brower lapping the wave and little cloud, also giray dadali. There were many other great no names too though

Pep fujas grew up riding mt ashland and mt Shasta. His first or second pro model had a mountain graphic on it and story goes its mt.shasta.
 
Pretty likely that I lived in the same room at the hostel in Jackson hole as Doug Coombs and other legends did back in the day. Now I'm skiing at at Bridger where he started out! Definitely aspire to have the same billygoat style as the OG's

The only name I need to mention is “Sylvain Saudan”. He ended up here—of all places—working as a ski instructor in the 1960s.

The 3 Phils grew up at my old local ski hill "Le Relais" in Quebec city. Freeze did a short article once on the place. JP Auclair once walked into the acrobatic team lodge, out of the blue, to give us a copy of Propaganda.
