i am just throwing this out there but how sick would it be if they turned nitro the small park and turned that into the gulch and made the gulch nitro it would make mount snows parks that much better than they already are give me you thoughts on this

I think it worked pretty well. Nitro is fun for everybody. It's nice to have an everybody park right off the quad super long.

At the end if you keep going straight there were some more difficult rails, and you cut over and hit the pipe of the inferno jump line.

Gulch is a pretty good spot. I think itll me more fun next year when they go nuts and buy crazy amounts of rails.

And your post gave me a headache too. Trying to read it was pretty intense

your idea is poposterous. if you want the big park under the lift then all the joeys will go in there fucking up all the big and more fun and challenging shit. now if nitro was on gulch then no one would go there
 
this is exactly correct

all the little gapers go through nitro because its right under the lift and its the one they spot first

the gulch is great how it is and it really pisses me off seeing gapers go thru there now how it is

how the set up is is perfect

Anybody want to go up there sometime this week. Ive been going up the last few weeks setting up a few rails and seshin.

Its probably getting near the end.

was thinking this as soon as I read the title first post but then I was like what if they did switch them over like reversed them just for funsies that would be so cooooool with nitro where gulch was and titanium taking the spot of mineshaft

See how annoing that is, oh thread creator? Seriously though, what jwenz said. I would almost like to make the medium park on titanium, just so people wouldn't notice it as much and gapers could snowplow a long but tiny park on nitro. Then again, no shoutouts from the lift.

One other question that I posed before but noone seemed to know - a number of carinthia trails (titanium, iron run and narrow guage and claim jumper) were supposedly park too, but I never saw any features on them. The key word was if mother nature permits, but there was certainly plenty before the march dryspell. Rusty nail was a fun natural, as was prospector, but did MS just name the others for park hype and stats? And supposedly there were a few logslides and such in claim jumper, but I never saw them.
 
nah. We almost went up but ended up not goin last minute.

Were planning on being up there this sat though.

Even if its just a snowbank worth of snow.

Was the snow still pretty thick the last time you went up?
 
Yeah they hyped stats a little bit. But i dont think they really knew how much they would get open.

Lower titanium had rails. A few trails had just a couple feature in them.

You also gotta realize, this was the first year going to all park. They bought a bunch of new fan guns, got a bunch of rails. Had a major contest with the dew tour.

There was a lot going on.

And the parks that were full, were killer.

The gulch had some really nice stuff, nitro was a fun little lap park, mineshaft was pretty fun, prospector had some nice wood jibs, and inferno was straight up epic.

I just don't think I could complain about that place this year at all. They blew snow in october so we could get our jib on early, and had some goo post season seshes too.

And they had 3 parks goin at the end, when other mountains barely had anything, or were closed.

Idk, thats just my 2 cents. The bottom jump line in the gulch, and the bottom line on inferno were sick though.
 
i liked how the gultch was a little out of the way and nitro was right there off the main lift. it kept the noobs and their moms out of the way
 
the layout they had this year was sick. You have the 2 big parks right next to eachother serviced by one lift, then if you want to take the quad you have mineshaft for a fun ride down to those big parks (inferno/Gulch) Then I thought nitro was the most fun for rails, but then i would cut into the last 2 jumps in inferno. Those jumps were soo fun
 
its like the same place you guy over onto iron run to hit the pip you just keep going
 
30ish flat box and small up rail.

have to build yourself another in run prolly.

good times though. I mean it is july

 
that's what i meant. It's all the same. That pile might make it pretty close to july though. There wont be much but ill take whatever i can to keep ridin into the summer.
