Mount Snow still on peak passes?

So I was going to buy the drifter peak pass for Mount Snow. Big bad Vail is buying MSnow from Peak and the deal finalizes this fall. Does anyone know if Mount snow will still be under the peak pass for this coming season? Thanks

Epic pass. They're under the epic local pass too.

Edit: And I'm pretty sure you can still buy peak passes this year but they won't get you into any other vail resorts. You'd have to upgrade. To me it seems like a no brainer. If you're gonna get a season pass to one of those resorts, just get the epic pass.

drifter pass is $419. the epic local is $650. buy the drifter. itll be honored this season if you are skiing only Mount Snow. The deal hasnt closed yet so you still have some time.

Buying a Mt Blow pass only right now would be the dumbest move you could pull.

Im assuming they will eliminate that sooner rather then later.

please... elaborate.. there are many people who only ski there and were even forced into the peak resorts pass and never went anywhere else. why is it dumb to save 200+ dollars and get the peak pass over the epic local... i'd love to hear your reasoning here.. please let us know..

You’re not gonna have the option. And if you do this year it’s the last time. But why pay a few hundred less? Pay the epic local or normal pass and ski the other areas around it so your not just stuck at Mt Snow. You got Okemo right next door. Hunter to the south. All those other little ones around. Even if you live at the base of mount snow it makes sense to buy the epic pass to get the other resorts close

They should keep the drifter pass for when you only ski at one mountain and don’t wanna spend 650$ on a pass for one mountain

So yeah, that’s the opposite of their company strategy

Likely not cancelled. In terms of money, it's in their both interests to go through. Regulatory issues would be the only roadblock. Both websites still mention the acquisition as well as their press releases. I wouldn't put too much weight in social media.
