(NAME THIS) PARK

New this year we have consolidated the two old favorites- Inferno and El Diablo- into one super-long super-fun super park. At 4700’ long it is hands down the longest flowing park in the East, consisting of the best of the legendary Carinthia jibs and jumps of Medium and Large sizes on one of the most rhythmically rolling trails at Mount Snow. To top it all off this park runs right underneath the Nitro Express Quad from top to bottom, so no more lengthy commutes between sessions in the park- not to mention the ability to scope your lines from the lift. Once you’ve mastered Grommet and Un Blanco Gulch come build up your bag of tricks here.

thing is that that trail is for the most part flat except on the very bottom that mogul trail. You think speed it gunna be a problem?
 
i just read this today too. thats what i was also thinking, its pretty flat, but i think it'll be good. If anyone remember "the beach" park at killington a few years back, it would end up like that, tons of hits in a row, you can stop on the side of some and use them for speed.
 
ive been riding Mt. Snow since i was born, haha thats crazy that theyre doing this! but nitro is a dope trail, i think that its nice of mt snow to give it to us jibbers, but you can keep some good speed on that trail so i think it will be fucking sick for flowing, much like inferno.
 
heard the news today, that trail is a lot steeper then the beach the beach was like a bunny trail this is an intermiate trail. speed should be a problem at all and yea the rails go in the flat parts and if its a problem put in a roller.
 
I'm fucking stoked on this. I loved those two parks next to each other and not coupled into one gigantic park shuold be so dope. Can't wait to see the flow and line set-ups that come out of this. Amped as shit. Rail garden areas are going to be so fun.
 
its going to be soooo gnarly this year. cept if u tank, its under the chairlift, so u get romped on
 
wait so they r gunna make nitro a 1 enormous terrain park? if this is true thats sick, cant wait to get up there this year
 
everyone should email the head of the park operations tell him they must have a park pass. Right now im looking for his email adress i will post it when i find it or if someone has it post it here.
 
i didnt ski too much mount snow last season at all..twice i went..ill definately be hitting it up this comming season

wow sounds sick. cant wait to make it down to snow. Lift rides will be a little less boring with the park underneath the whole way.
 
I also though that since it is mostly park now, no fathers and their 8 yr olds will skip over there to miss lift lines

and yes park pass is necassary
 
hopefully it just doesnt mean 1 overcrowded park w/ all the features gettin iced out quicker and 1 huuuuuge fucking line at that quad that already has huuuuge fucking lines
 
most tourists and shitty kids don't even know about Carinthia, they can stick to Un Blanco Gulch. Inferno and Diablo both were not crowded at all last year, so I think it'll be fine
 
if u guys wana persuade anyone about the park pass, then talk to greg fisher hes like the head marketing events coordinator and is a pretty big deal at mt snow ha.
 
anyoen think of the monster kicker they are going to put with that steep mogul feild as a landing now. Its going to be glorious
 
^^^that would be a good idea in theory, but have you ever seen that mogul field? it is always windblown and glare ice. if they maintain the landing and keep it good, that would be so sick. but if they just built it, and left it alone in the shade, it could be the worst idea ever
 
i kind of liked the double parks, because they got so emptied out. i kind of feel like you might not be able to just flow through the park, and will have to wait at the top of inruns for liek the bottom 2 booters....but whatever i'm just being pessimistic
