do you know how they are splitting up money? thers 5g for skiers and that goes to women too? so is it like 4000 in mens pro and thats split bettween 3 events

well it says jam now on the site, if it's 2 runs, i don't even know how i will react to such bullshit.

lift tickets are never included in asc competitions...pretty shitty. if you have an asc bronze pass don't forget that saturday is a black-out day. how awesome is that.

So If we wanted to do rail and bigair .... that would be 90 and then i must buy a lift ticket for 2 days = 155..???? are u kidding me...Last year i didnt pay that much for Mega Mother Hucker....

snow forecasted for the entire time of the big air-should be extremely interesting.....i mean i just saw the jump today too accordin to greg who runs all the events said its 10ft LONGER than last year but they gave it more kick. I dont think ur gonna be able to hits thing with the snow coming down switch at all....but who knows should be interesting.

mt snow seems to be getting a lot of flack, and they should, this isnt a hate post, but their comps used to be cool when we all didnt know what a cool comp was. i like the fact that they changed the rail to a jam due to the complaints of NS.com it seems. as for big air and pipe, i'd say best of 3 w/ big air and jam sesh for pipe. and this 35 dollar signup for a comp with big sponsors and not much money on the line (5 gs split up equals like $500 for 1st in each category) switch everything up down there and make mt. snow cool again, oh and have winterton be a judge, he's the man. ok, rant over, peace

yeah, it's ridiculous to charge all these kids so much in entry fees that are driving from probably all over new england, when you consider the fact that these comps bring publicity to Mt. Snow, they show the videos of them year round in the lodge, etc, etc.

I mean, not even giving a price break if you register for more than one? or lift ticket? None of it makes sense to me. I have a season pass, but if this was more affordable and came with a ticket you think it would be a good way to get kids psyched on going to mt. snow. Instead I think it'll just make people bitter.

anyone know what the setup is gonna be for the rail jam and who made it into the finals for mega mother hucker

never mind on that last post just got this off the website

EVENT ALERT

The Mega Mother Hucker is postponed until noon tomorrow. The reason? All the powder! This event relies heavily on speed, and that's a little tough with over 9" of fresh pow!! As a result, tomorrow's Rail Jam will also be postponed (date to be announced) to allow the Hucker.

yea, mount snow does have a lot of big competitions, wich is good, but they are always pricey for the prize pools. another thing i dont like(i might get some hate for this), but i feel the judging is not up to par for many of their comps, they seem to favor locals a bit. No disresepct to the riders at all, just the judging.
