Mount Bohemia

never been there but i heard that you shouldn't bring new skis up there cause of the rocks and stuff under the snow. they don't groom.
 
MTB is e p i c. If you like trees go there. I havent been yet this year, do i couldnt tell ya how conditions are, but i would asume they have a decent base.
 
I wouldn't say it "epic" everyday. Only on heavy snow days. Been up twice this year and conditions aren't great yet as the website says, but the base is there and waiting for more snow.

Overall its my favorite place to ski in the midwest, especially on a weekday because there are literally like 20 people there.
 
yeah the triple black thing is funny, but the place is sick. tree skiing heaven. can't wait to get up there a couple times this year.
 
Yea, Bohemia is pretty sweet, I heard that there isnt a deep base yet but the skiing is still good, I dunno, pretty much its just better then everywhere else in MI
 
they hype it up too much...but it is getting better. i've been riding there for years...it's fun on powder days but most of the cliffs have flat landings or a gross amount of trees... and they'll wreck the majority of jumps you build the moment they are noticed. hard to beat a $99 season pass...but you get what you pay for.
