Mouldy shirt

I just unpacked my bag and I realized that I put one my shirts in the bag wet and dirty and it now has mould on in. Do you guys have any ideas on how to get rid of the mould or should I just toss the shirt?

I could be defending an idiot right now, but mould is the UK spelling (and maybe Canadian, I'm not sure).

But I would say thoroughly hand wash it, then wash it in a machine without any other clothes.

Well in Canada either of they was it is spelled is acceptable. It's the same as colour, we accept both ways of spelling. I have washed it in the wash already, I think I'm gonna bleach and if that does not work I'll try the ammonia. Thanks for the help everyone.
