I'm so regular. I poop usually 2 or three times a day. Once in the morning once in the late after noon or early evening. If I have one in the morning then one around lunch ill surely have another before I sleep.

i normally poop twice a day, and thats regular sized amounts of poo, sometimes 3 times, and 2 week ago i had like 20-30 times but that was the worst diarhea ive ever had. but diarrhea doesnt count
