Most Legit Shop in your area?

Only shop in my area is Herb Bauer Sporting Goods and all I have them do is mount bindings. Otherwise I just buy all my shit on the internet. They have nothing I like at the shop, so I don't like them a whole lot.

1. east coast ski and snowboard, because they sell more 5 different twin tips

2.wenham sports stop because its close to me and they have a tent sale (these are in MASS)

word. thats my favourite shop ever.

Locally though we dont have much in Kamloops BC but jardines is the best, fresh air in kelowna is great too.

Aspen Ski @ Board in Columbus, Ohio !!

We sell at least 10 different brands of twins: K2, Armada, Line, Dynastar, Volkl, Salomon, Rossignol, Nordica, Atomic.. ands few more

i hate all 3 shops in my area they all charge at least $70 for a mount.

skiroundtop mountain sports- no twintips

mountainside- they just want you to buy stuff but they have the best selection

worldcup- no new twintips all from at least 2 years ago

so true. i just about shit myself last week when i was in the store, so many amazing skis. my favorite shop in oregon is skjersaas

wenatchee washington

arlberg sports-overall good selection of gear, and they always hook me up

tuna sport-really good for any base work

Ontario area we dont really have a solid shop around my area i would say scotties for gear since they have some twins and kirby for mounting

Piste Off Ski Shop! All twintips, he runs right out of Sunday River, like literally a mile down the road. And it's one guy, Ben, who is just the most legit guy i've ever dealt with. Plus he stocks the sickest shit. All the armada skis, surface skis, moments, plus like the best orage and armada outerwear. And when you walk in you just get an awesome vibe and on the back wall hes got a huge 60" flatscreen that is always playing the newest movies. Its also the onyl place i've ever been in that you can buy Tinga's Hats!

yeah, it was such a good shop. Exactly like he described it. To bad it went out of business.

sign of the skier, in toronto. boredem use to be sick but they dropped skiing all together...

if anyone ever passes through quebec city, i reccoment going to d structure, its prob the sickest store ever. Axis in Montreal is awesome too

Santa Fe Moutain Sports in New Mexico (santa fe obviously). i get employee discount there, plus they carry any skis i would ever want except the hellbent.

madison area WI has like REI and fontana sports and they hardly cater towards freeskiing
so i use the internet...evogear is a sick shop

Was Jibij. Now I'm looking for a new shop. Anyone know good ones around the Boulder/Longmont/Front Range? I need a legit shop

ski exchange-nice people lots of different skis, they sell and buy used gearwhich is really handy for getting rid of your old stuffski haus-has way more jackets than skis, don't sell or buy used stuff
I like ski exhange way better. I have never bought from ski haus

Porters in truckee and tahoe city
but that's 180 miles away.
So I'll say that nor-ski and sports is the only ski shop in my area, and thus it's the most legit ski shop. Plus, they hooked me up with new skeezers when I broke my old ones

In my area meaning 10 minutes away, Scotties in whitby is good if you already know what you want to buy, but the service and prices suck dick. they are the only shop around that carries Lines. Plus, they tend to fuck up all possible mounting jobs. The next shit shop is Kirby skis and boards in Oshawa, and they carry jack shit at high prices but have an extremely good ski tech and bootfitter. so basically, i buy my skis from scotties or online, and get them mounted/fixed and buy boots at kirby. but toronto has some nice shops, but i have no personal experience with them.
