From what I can tell, that 2.2 mil island is an absolute steal. That seems ridiculously cheap to me. Think about it. Your going to spend 500,000 minimum on wf property in Connecticut. And that's just one lot with a house. Someone jump on that island. Then again, it could easily be bullshit.
 
My moms side of the family owns a 35 acre island in Stonington that was originally bought around 1906 for around $40,000. Now its worth millions. I love that place and I dont think we would ever sell it

yo that island is madddd cheap. especially taking into account that it comes w/ atvs and 2 boats, and 41 acres....

and the dirtbike one doesnt count, the guy wrote he doesnt want anyone to bid, he just wants to promote, and thats why he set such a rediculous starting price
 
there is a private island realtor website I was checkin out and you'd be surprised how many acres you can get away with for a small amount. i will try to find the site again
 
Well if you were very stupid, and very very very rich, you could still buy it, the guy isn't gonna refuse that money
 
haha a while back someone saw a ski resort for sale, dont know how much it was but if like everybody put in like 5 bucks NS could have bought it. Just thought that was funny, cool idea tho
 
i'v seen biger, beter islands then the one for 2.2 mil american and there located in freshwater, and are closer to shore, with way biger houses. They sell for like less then 1.5 mil canadian. and they get winter. lots and lots of winter. there hilly and have cliffs. there up in northen saskatchewan. there so dope
