Most embarassing ski moment?

first time freestylein i went by the freeski team all doing this rail and i go to hit it and my skis just dug in and i fell infront of all of them. it was hilarious

being dragged up the horstman glacier t-bar in blackcomb after, it got caught in my jacket trying to get off it at the top

I always try and show off when there is a group of people in front of a hit and it never fails that when your trying to do something really nice you eat the biggest shit.

 
ewwwww ^ ... but anyway....Random nose bleed at PC both nostrils gussing spitting up blood all over the lesson area at the base for a solid 10 mins. decide to go over to the park and watch until my stigmata stops. my boyfriend offers me a ride on the back of his skis and is instructing me on turning while i hold my nose my coat my board and his back. neglects to tell me he's snowblowing to slow down and my feet both go out and i bail bloody face first into the snow throwing stuff everywhere under the pick and shovel lift line...

 
the t-bar liftee accidently hooks the bar under my jacket and it pulls the jacket up and starts to drag me up, popped out of one ski and poles everywhere. i got my ass kicked by a fucking t bar.....

wi have 2 ok ones, the first is when i was night skiing, and i decided to take a shortcut around the chairlift pole, only to find out the rope was right there. it stretched so long, my poole dug in, and it broke, while people lauged at me. the second is me breaking my brake on a tiny jump doing a 5 in the "learning" park, my ski popped off and i face planted and my brake broke (but my ski didnt fly down the hill).

I uh....how do I put this, ate extreme shit doing a penciled 180 off a jump that was about the height of my kneecaps. Luckily nobody saw it except someone I was with caught it on film and showed evvvvvveryone. If you wanna see it search Sir Sams in the video section, you should find it.
 
I think that is the winnner. I can just see some guy like bailing into that, all over his face, lauging with his friends, haha then he ralizes what it is. haha. I would have atleast covered it over hard core with snow.

My embarresing times were falling on like theeee most pinner rail... probably 5 feet long a few inches off the ground. Or somthing like falling in the lift line.
 
I came out switch on this rail at PC and I was going in switch to the jump that was a little passed it. While skiing switch my salomon binding released and te brakes dug into the snow sending my fling backwards and ripping hte binding out of the ski. This was in the park right below the lift.. Pick n' Shovel I think?
 
i was skiing and i just booted off this 60 foot kicker, and a 70 year old women was on the landing, which of course i wasnt aware of, and i went to do just a 5, and during my rotation i saw her, i tried to avoid hitting her but i couldnt and i landed on her back and and she immediatley fell died because i broke her neck, and i was so worried so i just skied away, fuck that old bitch, that'll teach her a lesson not to stand on the landing.
 
the first or second time i was skiing switch i thought i was acting all cool and then accidently hit a little kid in the side with one of my poles. I felt so bad
 
when i was 7 standing right under the take off of a jump so the ;ip was flush with my head and having like 50 snowboarders watch as i almost got myy neck snapped but the guy luckily saved my ass by carving of the side of the jump and eating shit, so i wouldnt die. i was very thankful.
 
this wasnt me but it was the funniest thing ive ever seen while skiing, a group of kids was cutting from the lodge to the chairlift and we all just went in a line where you had to duck under 2 ropes then you would be right at the lift line. we all went and ducked under the 2 ropes and my friend who was behind me ducked under the first but apparently didnt see the second. her face slams in the second rope and throws her 5 feet back into the snow and her helmet goes flying away down the trail...this all happened right in front of the busiest lift at the mountain
 
last year i was learning how to three off of slightly bigger jumps and someone hit me in the face with a snowball and it screwed me up and i ended up landing on my stomach and had the wind knocked out of me
 
i was watchin my friend hit a jump so i was goin down the hill really slowly sideways when i stuck my pole down and ran in to in and fell over sideways in the park where people at the top were watching
 
I almost hit a girl while skiing switch pretty fast, and just falling on the bunny hill with a bunch of people arround, getting stuck in trees. and just over all sucking
 
when i was little i didnt know what the stop gate was for so i hit it with my hand and the lift obviously stopped. the guys working didnt know why it stopped and i was really embaressed.

also when i started skiing switch i was on a greenie just practicing and i hit this guy who was like in jeans laying in the middle of the trail after he crashed. it wasnt that bad until my friend said he saw me from the gondola overhead
 
ive done that too!

haha ok ripping down Dave Murray Downhill on Whistler to the red chair, luckily this was super early like 9 am and noone was on the run. so my and my cousin decide to ski this whole run from the lodge to Red switch. so im tired, and on one of the last faces i eat it straightlining. all of you people that ski whis, you know how groomed and fast that run is. so i fall and start skidding really far. i stand up, and my fucking snowpants and my boxers fall down. so im standing there, bare ass and everything, and im like....what the...SHIT and i had to undo my belt in order to get my pants up cause the force pulled them down. that was fun.
 
I quite like watching when kids who don't know how to ski get too much speed on this poorly marked blue trail at my resort that dumps into a lift line. In one day I saw two people who weren't able to stop smoke the lift line at speeds in excess of 30km/h.

Haven't done that... but it must be embarrassing as hell.
 
i was just learning 3's in the park and i was scared and everything so i started my rotation to soon and it screwed everything up and i double ejected and one of my skis hit me in the head and the ski patroller that was at the top came running down to see if i was ok. i guess it looked alot worse than it was
 
when i was like 11, pullin a "grab" off almost no air under a chairlift. totally caught an edge, and was looking up at some boarding punks, laughing at me. it was a turning point, i decided id ditch the rossi cut carving skis for something a little better on jumps.
 
1st day on snow this year, i was rockin my new BCs. i was at snow school training and we were just warming up, skating around a bit. i skated up the bunny hill, tried carving a big switch turn. but i was going really slow and tipped over and fell in front of all the other ski instructors. and im new there so good first impresiion...
 
when I was like 8 I was skiing down and went under a yellow tape which I didn't know was horse shit so I was skiing in horse shit for like 20 secs and I was not paying attention and I got fucking close-lined by the yellow tape and the end and fell right in horseshit

and I smelled like Horseshit for 2 days
 
most embarrasing moment on skis?

the first five minutes where i couldnt ski worth shit.

i dont get embarrassed easily, but like catching edges or falling on easy rails when you are under the lift sucks.

one time my friend was skiing (hes not great but he keeps up) and we were going kinda fast and his bindings randomly double ejected and he rolled down the hill. the bindings wereent set low at all either.

another time i was getting on the lift and some stupid chick waited till the last minute to get out of line and onto the chair, so she ended up sitting where i was gonna and i sat on her lap. no she wasnt hot at all either.
 
My buddie hit a jump right under the chair on a busy powder day. The jump can be really big but he went like 2 feet high which was really gay. He was movie pretty fast 40 feet later (directly under the chair) and fell when he got to the groomed. He fell so hard that he broke his binding and he sucks at one foot skiing so he had to walk down. I dont think i have ever laughed so hard in my life.
 
worst moment... i mean way worse that the lift thing...

i was hitting this short little box at sierra and my nose caught an edge on the box and torqued off.

i landed sideways and got worked by the now bombhole of a landing and got up in time to see my skiing fuckin jamming through the park.

it went straight off of a kicker, like 25 feet or so, clear it perfect and then slammed into the x-box at the bottom.

i had never skiied one footed so that was fun, and a billion people saw the ski's awesome park run and my sad ass attempt to chase it down.
 
I have a few and they were all in the same day.

Had a fat chick come after me and try to start a fight with me, then after that, Fell off the chairlift on a green run. I had a backpack on and leaned forward, and the chair swung and knocked me off. It was a big drop to icey landing.

Went to the car for a little bit, came back, and fell in the lift line and knocked a whole bunch of people over.

Or another day, I had a whole bunch of people watching me hit a jump and my pants came down to my ankles in mid-air. haha, unintentionally. good times.

Also was screwing around in a mini park with one of my friends trying to have a 'spin to win' comp. It was snowing that day and my goggles were broken. Right as I'm coming up to the jump, (extremely small jump. like 10/15 feet) I get snow in my eyes, can't see, way overshoot the jump, and get a bad concussion.
 
oh i've got a few:

All these skiers that are better than me are just standing in the park infront of a flat down box. No one drops in for a long time, so i'm like whatever, i'll just do it. Well i didnt' pop enough, and penguin-slid the whole thing, landed on my head, rolled out of it and came up switch. they all laughed of course

told my buddies to "watch this" as I try to throw a three coming out of the woods and onto a trail. I realize i didnt pop enough to three, so i just do a 180, land switch, go to turn back around, catch my edge and fall off the side of the trail about 15 feet down into the trees.

but the MOST embarassing moment skiing ever, was when i first was learning park. It was in the spring time, so i didn't have my fleece pants on under my snowpants, and they were really loose. I did a 180, fell on my ass, and my pants came down. pants, boxers, everything. there was about 20 people around ,most of them older women for some reason. very bad.
 
On a powder day we were racin to be on the first chair, there was quite a crowd, but we madeit to the seckond or third, and when gettin on the chair, just after takeof i caught my skitip in snow. I came crashing down on my face infront of everibody, and had to go back to the end of the line. :/
 
i have had many embarassing moments before, but i think the most embarassing moment accured one bitter cold day at Aspen mountain. i accidentally left my fly open and was unaware my wiener was hanging out for the world to see. It was so damn cold i couldnt feel anything. i was going through the lift line and all the lifties were just laughing their asses off at me, and i was like what the fuck? and then i got in the gondola and looked down and saw my wiener lookin at me. it looked like a blast from the past, straight up 1st grade style if you know what i mean. and i was just like fuck.
 
my friends and i were bombing a groomer, and i kinda cut under a little lip above a headwall, clearing the headwall, which isnt a big deal, do it all the time, same lip, but this time, my basket got caught between my cross, and i couldnt get it out, so i landed on the flat with skis crossed, pole between my legs, my stuff went everywhere, it was a huge mess, everyone on the lift was screaming laughing, i was a lil dazed
