Most durable park ski?

So I have a buddy that breaks his skis all the time... what are some of the most durable park skis in your experiences?

this. line afterbangs are built like a skateboard so they can get the shit kicked out of them and still be in great condition. tell your friend to check em out

I'm pretty sure most people don't think that the afterbangs are durable.. I have AR6's and they seem to be bombproof, i've had them for 4 seasons now and i love them! So yeah maybe check out some AR7's

Afterbang is fucking durable, bases aren't to good though.

T-halls bases was superdurable....

Moments are the least durable by far. I would say Atomic and K2 have some really durable skis

id say armada has really durable skis. my Pipe cleaners went 3 years and only have a really small edge crack, 1 core shot. still could ride them easily but decided to get something new for a change but still great company by far. Armada will be my next buy.

my moment and on3ps have been bomber as fuck as all mountain skis so far. no rails, but a fuck load of landing on rocks, drops to hardpack, and rallying in general. i think they would hold up pretty well in the park. better than all the k2s ive had at least.

they are also made with terrible materials and get waterlogged

on3p, armada, k2(if you dont mind riding something with less life then cardboard), and nordica all come to mind when i think durable park skis

atomic and k2 SUCK. I had a pair of atomic punx and ripped out the edge. The k2 have major top sheet chipping after a couple days of use

my k2 are awsome! im beating the shit out of them and they are still in a good condish. i know are not very durable cause my friend had those for 3 weeks and both of his edge were broke.

Top sheet chipping happens to every ski and has zero effect on performance. I could be wrong but I think the only reason it happens is because your skis are knocking together or your poles are hitting your skis. From my experience k2 makes very durable skis. I haven't tried atomic though.

I'd say the most durable ski is the line chronic, Ive got zero edge cracks, no delam, no base issues, and some minor chipping after two years of riding.

08/09 or newer ninthwards,

I have 08/09 le comte's with 400+ park days on them, 1" of missing edge.

pics to back it up as well.

yes. ive had mine for 3 years and counting and no edge cracks or anything, worst thing thats happened is a coreshot but that was my fault

I still have a pair of these, and although I beat the shit out of them the edges have not cracked once. I skied hard on them for three seasons, and now I use them for my backyard set up. Now I have a pair of filthy riches, and so far they have seemed bombproof

all of our sintered bases are 7000 series p-tex, which is the highest quality base material available. if you maintain the bases through regular waxing, they should hold up very well for you.

This is true. I've never skied a ski that chips as much as the punx.. It doesn't really matter though, sandwich construction skis usually chip easily compared to cap construction skis.

My halos are pretty good after a full season I only had one core shot. Also I usually beat the hell out of skis do I tryed the Anyang out and they badly lasted 3 months, waterlogged up the ass 5 core shots, and a delam.

I got Afterbangs expecting them to be the most durable ski ever after hearing so much about them. They lasted about 4 months of weekend skiing before the tail of one and nose of the other separated from the the top sheet. In my experience, Afterbangs are NOT a durable ski, not to say that other Line skis aren't. I have Halos now, and couldn't be happier with them. A couple of top sheet scratches but overall have held up very well.

No one in this site seems to ever talk about them but high societies are damn durable skis. 4 seasons and two mounts later and all they have is some top sheet chipping
