I probably sound retarded but how come in less they only showed tim, adam, and khai at schweitzer? I thought the whole crew went up to shoot

Thought the plane sound track to his moves was awesome. Made me think of the noises he might make in his head whilet doing the crazy butters he does. I mean think about it. You're hauling ass down the hill and buttering around what's going through your head?

That's probably because when making the movies they can only put so much into the actual movie. They'll probably have a bonus with more.

Valhalla for me was way over hyped. I wasn't a fan of the story, and it was pretty hard to keep me interested in it.

Into The Mind, no doubt what so ever. First and only premiere/screening that I've been to, and it was soo dissapointing. No skiing. And I felt sick from all the spinning.

Also Valhalla is like my favorite skimovie. I watch it almost as much as I used to watch EDIAS.

I think Level 1 missed Parker White and Chris Logan the most. Both those guys put out killer segments and can rip everything.

C-Lo is pretty underrated.

What's big for me is when I watched the movie. The first free ski movies I ever watched rank the highest on my list. They blew my mind and gave me the most memories. I watched them over and over, downloaded all the songs, knew all the segments. For some reason over the years I have not been able to get the excitement that I intially had.

For ever chasing the purple dragon of:

Level 1 LSS

PBP War

MSP Push

Meathead Snow Gods

I feel so bad for you... at least be stoked that 80% of the ski industry and community agrees with you. That was a god awful piece of trash excuse for a "ski" movie. They had two legendary riders (JP and Wallisch) and managed to create an urban segment with 5 seconds of skiing in it... which consisted of skiing next to stairs and sliding 10ft. handrails. They blew it harder than a hooker itching to get her next fix.

the ender in Less was disapointing.

I never expected the movie to end after that.

the movie title clearly stated they wouldn't be reaching over the top to pull out the biggest tricks. Less had style for miles, LSM, Banks, McChesney, Khai all had banger segments, even the pow segments were nasty. Thought less killed it.

Haha this is such a good way to put it. Not only were the first movies you watched an eye opening experience but it also reminds you of a time in your live when everything about the sport was fresh and new. Basically every trick you did or shot you saw was a new experience. When I think back to the old movies I grew up watching I get memories of waking up early, Watching the my favorite parts, then going to the mountain and trying to do those same tricks and make them look just like my idols. ahhhh nostalgia.

Maybe that's the reason why Sherpas Cinema had to make a web series this year instead of a movie.

Yeah that'll happen when you sell 20 copies... people like to BS and claim it was insane/underrated/amazing/best ski movie but how many of those people actually dropped the money on a copy to watch it again and again?

A lot of people try way to hard to sound like they're stoked on everything ski related but in the end, they're just being fake pussies. In reality, most of them wouldn't care if they never watched that piece of trash again.
