wasnt talking about the world wars (and not even about the recent campaigns of the US) and more about how western countries (us europeans as well) treated the middle east (and the rest of the world) like our fucking natural resources pool with free slaves, gold and oil and whatever stuff.
when something is morally wrong (you said that, right?) but you still do it? that should make you think.
and as a last point negotiating will, on overall, decrease the death toll, yes i am sure. there are other values that are worth to protect, but these are very very tough ethical questions, and not just answered with "FUCK YEAH MURICA" horseshit.
i read stuff on here that people wouldnt bother seeing hundreds of arabs get burned to death and other complete horseshit. and this makes me sad and angry. 9/11 was a complete tragedy, but guantanamo (BTT) is not the solution a civilized country should use. i said the same about human rights violations over here in austria. human right violations are bad, no matter where they happen.
