Ok I wasn't going to say anything, but I have to. who the fuck cares. it is people like you DENALI44 who make the morman thing an issue. sure I know morman skiers. I live in utah, but I also know catholics, jews, prodistants ect. why don't you ask if we know ny jewish skiers. It shouldn't matter what race creed or religion somebody is, period. personally, im not into religions, but it seems like atheists always complain about how religion is forced upon them by others... so in return the response is to try to force atheism onto people who are perfectly happy with their relgions? seems a little ridiculous to me
 
Well, the Roman Catholic Church more or less designed the entire modern western world and its values.... I guess there are a few people that have reason to be bitter. Its more the organizations and individual extremists that get associated with the bad things, which is unfortunate because they are in turn associated with everyone. Religion has a lot of potential to do good, but it gets twisted and misconstrued a lot of the time. But this also stands true for the ownership of personal firearms - you can own a gun, but what you use it for is how you define its morality.
I for one have no problem with religious people. I will gladly discuss religion with anyone. But I don't want anyone telling me that I am going to Hell for any reason. I will extend the same courtesy to religious people and not dispute whether or not there is a god. But I would technically consider myself agnostic. So that works out nicely anyways.
