it seems like this stage of life for a lot of people around our age is like when you are playing a video game and you beat the Final Boss, only to find out that was just a decoy Final Boss and the real Final Boss is about 50x harder. and on top of that, you used all your special tricks to beat the Decoy, and you are also low on life. and you have a crappy third party controller.
 
why is it that everybody thinks that people by twins to go ski the park? why does everybody think that people ski nowadays to look cool?

the reason i started skiing 3 years ago was because my dad happened to rip on skis (not in the park) and he is a good teacher. i have clocked up 80 days and i bought some dynastar concepts coz they were on sale and they are a sick ski all over the mountain, and they jsut hapened to have the back of the ski looking similar to the front. I dont spendd much time in the park, but when i do i dont clog up the park and nance it, i just wait for my turn and give it all i got, it also makes it easier when everybody in the park isnt putting you down and busting huge - that gives us park newbies the confidence to go hard too

 
4 Years ago I made the switch from snowboarding to skiing - I had never put skis on until then. So what skis were logical for me to buy? Twin tips. That's right, I could barely carve but I had one of the first pairs of twins at my hill. It made no sense to buy non-twins cause all I was interested in was freestyle. This core ski dude that had the first skogen's called me out as being a poser. You know what happened then? I set out on a mission because of him and now he watches me do things that he can't. So pretty much I'm saying fuck you to all the people that give newbies on twins shit if they're being respectful.

I dont know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

fuck i know what you mean man... but alot of them ride scratches and stuff, when i was at tremblant there were more people on twins than on snowboards... its gonna make the sport super gay having so many queers that cant do shit all but go off the sides of jumps... it made me pretty mad... there gonna give freestyle skiing a bad rep

I think its totally about what they wanna do, it would be nice if they weren't bitches all the time and had some respect, You know how much crap I get for skiing a pair of like 01 Dynastar concepts that I bought for 20 bucks and have the edges ripping out by some like 12 year old kid that says my backflip mute sucks but It would be cool if I could do a corked 720. Its all about the freakin gear to them and I totally think decking up on sweet gear is fun but I seriously think that people that are in it for the love buy what they need to shred. But if they are cool kids like they sometimes are its fine with me to talk to them and givem tips but for some reason the younger snowboards seem to actually listen while the little new schoolers just bitch/.

just because u are just learning doesnt make you a poser man, we dont need less new kids in this sport we need some of the people who are already involved to not hassle people just cause they r not as good as them or be cocky bitches, im not saying everyone or a lot of people are like that, but its not hard to find

All right so I blow a freeskiing in General. I'm comin off a bad injury, and can't do much, but I have twins, because they are the skis I like the industry I want to support, and in general they are good skis. I ain;t a poser cause I suck, I just haven't been able to ski as much cause skiing isn't my number one priority

I havent and won't be up to Alpine for another couple days. My season pass is rotting of disuse this year. My high school soccer team is raping up the league..first time in years..new coach, and we are fucking destroying. I havent had time to ditch the team like in previous years.

Anyways, I saw pics on the website, and the tables look way fucking sick.

i ride northstar and serria and i never see anyone with 4frnt's or armadas! i usually see some salomons in the park. but i noticed there are a lot more skiers in the park and pipe then last year
