yeah thats fucking weak. but they said he was a quadriplegic, but when the cop goes to dump him he clearly grabs on to the chair to avoid being tipped out. fucked up news caster or what?

6 officers beat a man to death in 2006 with batons. the man was outside a mcdonalds in some midwestern state (cant remember). he was large and black, and the cops were called because he was fucked up on drugs.

lets just assume for the sake of argument a couple of things

he was behaving violently

he was resisting arrest

so now that thats out of the way, even if somehow those 6 officers were unable to restrain him and had to hit him with batons...

the officers beat him extensively, and left him there. thats right. they did not call an ambulance. they did not arrest him. they just left him there to die.

I think thats a little worse than dumping a man out of his wheelchair. those 6 cops were at worst fired, at least suspended momentarily. this kind of shit happens all the time.

my guess is he doesn't have full range with his hands, in the interview he moves his arms a bit too, but he also says how he's paralyzed from the chest down, and can't really feel anything...

quadriplegia doesn't always involve total loss of function, but as long as there is some paralysis invovled.

thats fucked up... how can anyone tip a quadriplegic out of a chair? it reminds me of some movie... where someone pretends to be a quadriplegic and gets to fuck all the chicks, and someone throws him down the stairs. GAHHH!! whats it called? memory dead

that cop should have lost his job on the spot

umm considering the "innocent cripple" was trafficing drugs, i dont think the cop should be suspended. how else is he going to get all the drugs from him when hes sitting on it?

drug trafficking? how the hell he would take the money, or the drugs? He cant move any muscle. Plus the cop throw him on the ground. Think before you post

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

bear named BUCKLES!!!! hahahahahaha.

but seriously that cop was a douche

yaaay buckles!

and the movie that the person above is thinking of where the guy gets thrown down the stairs is the ex.

I was thinking of the big lebowski

Ive seen paraplegics before dude this man walks HE WALKS

damnit walter help me put him back in his chair

the shadiness of cops goes to a whole new level..... for those of you who live in PA like me, here is some info:

Starting today, Pennsylvania will launch

a 30 day speeding ticket frenzy. The state estimates that 9 million dollars will

be generated in speeding tickets. 1 million will go to pay state troopers'

overtime. There will be 50 state troopers on duty at all times patrolling the 9

main intersections and highways. They are the following:

I-279 north and

south

I-376 east and west

I-76 east and west

I-80 east and

west

I-79 north and

south

I-70 east and westz

PA-60

PA-66

US-22

5 mph

above the limit can justify a ticket and every state trooper is supposed to pull

a car over and write a ticket every 10 to 20 minutes. They have issued 30 brand new unmarked Dodge Charger Police

cruisers
and are bringing in all of their part timers on full time.

If you work in western Pennsylvania, you will probably take one of

these highways.

It's up to you how fast you are going when they clock

you.

KDKA and WDVE confirmed all of this. So be safe and don't forget

speeding tickets are on you.

Driving Ticket fine increase in

PA:

Starting on August 15th, the price of a ticket for violation of PA

Law 39:3-29 (failure to show your driver's license, registration, or insurance

card at the time you are stopped) is going from $44.00 to $173.00.

Please

make sure your vehicles have the proper documents in them. If you jump in the

car to run to the store and forget your wallet with your license in it and you

are stopped.... Oh well... you just spent $173.

And the fine for not having

all three documents is $519!!!
