I'm not gonna lie, in the past, circa Pop Yer Bottlez, I've definitely said some hater comments about Tanner. Since then though, it seems like he (and his movies for that matter) have gotten more mature and just a lot cooler. In the present, I'm happy to have someone like Tanner be a spokesperson/ambassador for our sport.
 
believe was unbelievable. such a cool movie!!!!!!! just a perfect mountain culture film. the bowl session at the end was a dope touch. i hope he make more movies in the same vein.
 
glad everyone jumps on the train of "loving tanner" when just a few months ago, everyone was hatin on him... i think he can still be a poor sport when he loses a comp and thats why he isnt competing this year.. trying to lose that image portrayal..lets see how many people hate on me for this.btw..tanner. keep up the good work you are doing in the BC, lookin forward to the next movie (as always)
 
^ I"m tempted hahaha, na jus playin, I kinda agree with that, although I think he's gotten much more mature and prolly wouldn't have that problem anymore
 
i think he is not competing much because he has been there done that and now wants to be the leader in progression in the BC. it really isn't fair when he is in comps... cause he is the man and always wins haha so he prob wants to let other people shine while he shines in the BC.
 
Come on guys, you have to hit that jib before the po has a chance to pull up and tell you not to. At least see if you can get ONE shot on it.

Tanner was explaining how the booing from the crowd when he won pipe gold was tough.

Then he goes on to say how he thought everyone on the internet would be saying he didnt deserve to win an all that stuff, but when he went on Newschoolers he was taken back by all the support showed for him. He then thanks everyone on Newschoolers who has given support to him.

This stuff gets me proper stoked, when an idle takes time out of his "celeb" lifestyle an show gratitude to all the people who are where he was before he went pro.

A few words mean a lot for sure.

yeah tanner is the man....... now i dont know how anyone can hate on this guy, i mean i couldnt understand it first of all..
 
the real question is

can he race like jon can because if he can do that then he will be for sure the best all-around skier ever and that would be sick
