This is just a shameful kick-in-the-balls for blue mountain and thier sad job this year with thier park.

This is moonstones park right now. Blue looks like something i scraped off the back of my knee in comparison.

It's clear why less an less people ride blue now.

how far is this from say blue? cause im going to be up at beaver valley area from jan 26-29ish and i wanna ski blue or moonstone on the friday...
 
fack...buddy i want to ride with wants to hit blue because the runs are better...i wanna MSLM cause i wanna hit that park (plus no park at blue cause im not paying 15 bones for a Park pass)
 
hahaah ill be there tommorow (monday) and by the looking at that park im guessing ill be getting a short bobsled ride down the hill
 
Ya I was just at blue today and the park was not doing so good. Im looking forward to next week when I get I chance to ride the badlands
 
moonstone's park is great. however i've been there only onse this season and it was pooring rain, so i didnt have fun atall...
 
plus you dont need to spend 15 to get into moonstone which is a good selling point if you are only going to the hill once that season (or twice)
 
over vert is bad....undervert is bad

people will find ways to bitch no matter what
 
steepness, as in pitch, as in the angle of the entire pipe down the hill. One of blues problems is that thier pipe isnt steep enough.
 
steep pipe is bad i think, u get so much speed that i can't control my self, and bbecause the wallas are closer together it makes it worse
 
ha ha ha click on the photo to see it full size, the pipes walls arnt close togather, you have time to pumo and the transition is sick. i have the feeling you just wanna complain about it somehow, you can look at the pipe and say its shitty, maybe it isnt mammoth but its not shitty.
 
yea i dont know what that guy is talking about, the pipe is definatly not too steep, and the walls are shaped amazing

and isnt he the guy who started a thread on how much he hates louis, obviously hes gonna try and knock on them

I was there on monday, I have nothing but good to say about the large park, the hits were perfect and the rails were constantly maintained, same goes for the Junkyard except I was a little disapointed that there wasnt many rails or straight boxes set up in there. The pipes were really good, the superpipe had perfect vert walls and the Junkyard pipe was a little undervert but fun nonetheless
 
i really need to go to moonstone.. damn.. anyone live near hamilton and wanna give a poor hippy a ride?
