i think most of its legal but set up parts to make it look legit

that's why they are able to film it because they are showing law enforcement enforcing the law.

hahaha I actually watched like an hour long documentary on an old moonshiner today. heres the first video in the series (its on youtube) this guys is a fucking boss. he looks like he came straight out of the gold rush ages.
